As a seasoned Airbnb Super Host, I have a passion for keeping guests happy. Before I began outsourcing to career cleaners, I prided myself on preparing my stays for new guests.
So, you can imagine my horror when career cleaners weren’t nearly as attentive to the details as I was. To be clear, I never expected perfection, especially from someone who’s not the owner. I could live with an 85-90% “good-enough” job. Unfortunately, most cleaners (especially new cleaners), became “one more challenge” to solve. Not because they weren’t trying, they were just being set up for failure when given a job to clean without guard rails to guide them and keep them honest.
The reason cleaners came up short didn’t matter, what mattered was my company’s reputation; Where positive reviews are the life blood of the business. If you’re already hosting a stay, you can relate.
With those woes in mind, I began creating this eBook. Specifically to expedite the process of directing and evaluating cleaners.
